Open Lens IV

from 20.00

Open Call to DVAA Members and the Public:
Da Vinci Art Alliance is proud to hold its fourth annual photography exhibition, Open Lens IV. In celebrating the vast scope of contemporary photography, Open Lens IV is open to all forms of photography, capturing any subject, of any theme, using any photographic discipline.

Open Lens IV will be juried by Philadelphia photographer, Ronald Corbin. Corbin’s work draws on a fascination and focus on the less fortunate individuals that look(ed) to the city's streets, bridges and abandoned structures as their home. In Philadelphia, the various neighborhoods of the city akin to Kensington, a blue collar section that transformed into a drug haven, greatly influence his work. The majority of Ron's work is concentrated here; Philly continues to be the subject of his exploration of the lives of disenfranchised individuals.
Submission Deadline: 1/19/18
